Lawn Care

Lawn Fertilization

Florida grass does not want the same meal in March that it wants in November. We feed on a seasonal schedule built for your turf type and the sandy soil under it.

Every program starts with a look at the lawn: grass type, color, density, and how it is draining. From there the visits are timed to the season, with slow-release nutrients in the growing months and iron and potassium when nitrogen has to sit out.

We follow local fertilizer ordinances, including the summer restricted season, so the lawn stays green without feeding the lakes.

What's included

  • Program matched to St. Augustine, Zoysia, or Bahia
  • Slow-release, season-timed applications
  • Iron and micronutrients for color in the restricted months
  • Notes left after every visit

Common questions

  • On a seasonal schedule rather than a fixed monthly one. The number of visits depends on your grass type and the local fertilizer rules, and we lay it out before we start.
